Cheesy Quesdadillas

Ingredients: -2 large flour tortillas -1 cup or more shredded cheese -1 tbsp onion, finely chopped -1 green chili pepper, finely chopped -2 tbsp butter Instructions: 1. Sprinkle shredded cheese, onions, and green chili pepper over one of the flour tortillas, leaving a half-inch around the perimeter uncovered. Add another flour tortilla on top to cover the filling. 2. Preheat the non-stick pan and melt half the butter (1tbsp) in a pan on the stove over medium-low heat. Spread around, and place quesadilla onto the pan. 3. Add remaining butter (1 Tbsp) to the top of the tortilla. Let cook for several minutes over low heat. As butter softens, spread over the top tortilla. Once the bottom browns and cheese is melted, flip the quesadilla over. 4. Fry until cheese is fully melted, and bottom is nicely browned. Remove from pan, cut into wedges.
