Brookies

Ingredients: - 2 x Odlums chocolate chip cookie mix - 2 egg - 100g melted butter - 2 x Odlums fudge brownie mix - 2 egg - 140ml sunflower oil - 140ml of water Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and line a brownie tin with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl add the 400g Odlums cookie mix to the bowl and then add the melted butter and egg. Mix well with a wooden spoon until it forms a dough and then get your hands in to combine it really well. Press the mixture evenly into the lined brownie tin making sure it covers the bottom evenly. 3. In another bowl add the 400g Odlums fudge brownie mix in and then add the sunflower oil, water and egg. Using a whisk combine all the ingredients really well until thickened. You can also use an electric beater. 4. Pour the mixture over top of the cookie dough in the brownie tin and spread over evenly. 5. Bake for 25 mins and allow to cool. 6. Once cooled, remove from the tin and cut into nice square portions before tucking into your delicious brookie.
